Half Chicken w Mustardy Leeks
Leeks and chicken are one of the most rated combos. If I’m ever in a pinch, this is a go-to recipe with small changes here and there — sometimes it’s leeks with mushrooms, mustard, potatoes, or even some butter beans. There are endless pairings that work and only elevate the chicken.
