This was one of those recipes that came to me out of nowhere but quickly became one of my favorite meals. The halibut was super fresh, and while I didn’t take the time to soak and cook my own butter beans, I’d recommend it if you’re making this for a dinner party or a larger group. That said, if you’re looking for a quick, easy, and delicious dinner, a good canned bean will always do in a pinch.
